2012 Pricing & Policies:
*We will only be shooting indoors for 2012, unless special request is made but additional fees may apply.
*We will only be doing children & newborn sessions, however we can shoot a couple of casual group/family shots for an additonal $50.
*We will be back to doing family sessions in 2013.
*We are not shooting weddings at the present time.
*We have a site dedicated solely to graduating Seniors in the works for 2013.
Photography is an investment. That is how I look at it. Unless you have lots of money to spend, and are a picture addict
Here are the ages I recommend having professional shots done:
Newborn, 6 months, 1 year, 2 year, 3 year, ect. These are milestones and special moments that you want photographed! They are worth the investment, and that way you aren’t spending tons each year getting photographs done.
Half Session for Children $175.00
This session is for children only (3 months and older) and can not be used for multiples. Instead of the full hour session, this session is only 20-30 minutes long. You get a high resolution CD with full size images & printing copyrights. On the CD you get 10-12 of the best images in color & 1940′s black/white.
Newborn Session $500.00
You get a high resolution CD with full size images & printing copyrights. On the CD you get 20-30 of the best images in color & 1940′s black/white. You also get a password protected gallery for viewing/sharing/ordering. You get a complimentary birth announcement design. You get a 16×6 or 16×24 portrait of choice OR a 8×8, 6×9, or 8×10 custom frame with portrait of choice to go inside.
Newborns are my absolute favorite! I only do newborns up to 10 days old. It is best to book your session while you are still pregnant, as I book a month in advance. There is a non-refundable $200 fee to be put into the books. At that point I will email you a newborn checklist to prepare for your session that will include things like what to bring & what to expect. Keep in mind I have accessories I will use for the baby here at my studio, but feel free to bring anything you want as well. Headbands, hats, blankets, special jewelry, anything of mom & dad’s…whatever you have you might want incorporated in the images! The newborn session includes different shots of the baby, and some shots with mom & dad. Siblings are more than welcome to come be a part of a few shots with the new baby, however it’s an additional $25 per sibling.
Things to bring:
- extra diapers and wipes
- extra bottles with breastmilk or formula (It saves a ton of time feeding from a bottle)
- a binky
- anything you want incorporated in the pictures (chairs, hats, headbands, something of mom or dad’s, anything their room is done in such as bears, airplanes, ect)
Children’s Session – $350
You get a high resolution CD with full size images & printing copyrights. On the CD you get 20-30 of the best images in color & 1940′s black & white. You also get a gallery that is password protected for viewing/sharing/ordering. You get a 16×16 or 16×24 portrait of choice OR an 8×8, 6×9, or 8×10 custom frame with portrait of choice to go inside.
An additional $25 per additional sibling.
For child photography, it’s fun to bring whimsical things for their pictures. Tutu’s, pettiskirts, hats, ties, or if they are into a particular hobby like playing the guitar or dolls – have them bring something to incorporate in the pictures. If your little one plays guitar, have him bring his guitar. If your little girl loves playing dress up and tea parties, bring her favorite costume, tea pot & cup, and doll. Things to bring:
- Three cute outfits (View “What to wear” section on how to dress)
- cupcakes or birthday cake for one year olds!
- any cute accessories you have (hats, headbands, props/decorations, jewelry)
- a snack and drink
- a favorite toy that makes them smile
- wipes
